the restaurant and the food was very POOR for a 4star hotel the portions were so small and the first two dinner courses very overcomplicated

very bad organized breakfast. Everything seemed to be missing: bread, cheese, forks, coffee. We had to ask for everything al the time. Very, very annoying
You promise to be able to offer wireless internet, but you can not delever. This caused me much trouble!
